Enhanced Speech Processing is SpliceCom's advanced multilayer auto-attendant and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system for maximiser IP-PBX (business telephone system). Available on a per-port basis ESP utilises standards based VoiceXML to deliver great flexibility and interoperability for voice processing requirements.
