The PCS Operators Console from SpliceCom has been purposely designed to raise business productivity and improve the overall company image at the primary customer point of contact by delivering an enhanced operator solution. In combining every aspect of the PCS application as one, within a single window and increasing its capability, SpliceCom’s PCS Operators Console has been specially developed to work with PCS 410, PCS 100s, PCS 10, PCS 5 or existing analogue phones. SpliceCom’s PCS Operators Console can run under the Microsoft Windows or Apple Mac OS X operating system and can be alternatively used with a USB/Bluetooth, handset/headset as an IP Softphone. Direct operator control can be delivered by implementing the PCS Operators Console with a touch-screen monitor.
Independence Equals Peace of Mind
One of SpliceCom’s core commitments is to facilitate the deployment of telephony and associated applications completely independent of computer operating system, topology/infrastructure, handset type and geography, the operator can choose between using the PCS Operators Console as an IP softphone, IP handset or analogue handset – with or without headsets – running on Mac OS X platform or Windows. The architecture of maximiser IP PBX (business telephone system) enables the operator role to be performed centrally, or, should there be a requirement to have multiple sites and/or operators, they can handle calls centrally for different sites or disperse the function across the network.
