aBillity is an internet based product which enables you to view your call itemisation on line. Call data is available on line in conjunction with invoice production meaning that as soon as you receive your invoice, you can log on to view the details. aBillity is offered to customers free of charge.
aBillity also provides you with the abillity to run managment reports on your data to show you most expensive call, most frequently dialled numbers, longest duration calls and call anaylsis. If you are a customer working with extension billing, you can also view detail by extension.
Pseudo Virtual Private Network
Virtual Private Network is a service that allows you to call throughout the group at no cost, by simply using our network to provide your call charges we can zero bill any calls that have been dialled over our network.
This service can also be rolled out to your suppliers that you deal with on a regular basis so you can also reduce cost for both parties. You may want to include Director's home telephone numbers if they work from home or just make a lot of calls to the office.
